Someone "advised" me today to start going to bed early because it improves my health. Well, it's been 3 hours with my eyes still open.
Screw it am going back to code.

    Not surprising if you're not used to going to sleep early, your body needs to adjust

    @catintroholic Totally agree.My sleeping time is normally 6:30am and it's 11pm.

    @bdhobare 6:30 am??? No wonder someone advised you to go to sleep earlier, maybe you should try to gradually go to sleep an hour or two hours earlier and try to read a book beforehand instead of staring at a screen

    Try it like @catintroholic and do some sports in the evening like walking for at least 30mins. It makes your body feel that it has done something useful and you will fall asleep MUCH faster.

    Our body is not made for sitting around and do nothing physical. Give it some work and you will feel much better. 😉

    @PonySlaystation Thanks for that advice. I usually have gym session in the afternoon but will definitely try that too

    On the other hand there is nothing wrong if you go to sleep regularly at 6 AM. Also have this in some situations for a longer time. As long as you get your sleep and pay attention to your body and psych it does not really matter when to sleep.

    For me it's just practical, because no one is there that interrupts me at night. Plus coding in the summer under the night sky.... *.*

    The Problem is when your friends don't share that rythm and always do something when you sleep :D Was never a problem for me though.
