I may have been drinking too much coffee. I really like (need?) it.

Do you know the feeling after say eating the same meal a free evenings in a row makes you dislike that for a while?

I think that's happening to me now for coffee :(

What the FACK am I gonna do now? Drink tea? 😦

    I'm a serious coffee enthusiast and have been drinking coffee for more than 10 years with the same amount everyday without disliking or losing the taste.

    The thing you should be doing is reduce your consumption to a reasonable amount. Mine is 2 espresso shots a day (with or without milk). Sometimes, when I get my hands on a exquisite coffee it goes up to 3 or 4, but rarely.

    You might give it a break for a few days then start restricting yourself to 2 cups a day like me. You'll see you taste the coffee better and it affects you better.

    I used to drink 2-3 pots a day until it stopped working. As for getting tired of the taste find a few different types you like and switch between them or find different ways to make your coffee. Or if its not working anymore detox and drink water for two weeks, quick warning though if you smoke on your first cup after detox make sure you're close to a bathroom

    I keep switching between various kinds of black tea, green tea, cappuccino and coffee.

    Also... Some teas are great for some moods... Just... Get a taste.
