CEO emailing on a Saturday evening to suggest a "demo" at the end of the sprint. There is a demo at the end of EVERY sprint and always has been. Don't pretend to "work" on Saturday - you are fooling nobody.

We have a project manager who always comes in early like 6.30 am and starts sending emails just to say look at me I'm at work early. He forgets everyone else does their overtime at the end of the day

Unless it is really needed they are not helping by doing this. It is counter productive. If it is critical than no problem contacting off hours. But the examples given could have waited.
