Every few weeks, our HR schedules a bunch of interviews on a weekend and some of our dev team has to join in on a Saturday and conduct these interviews. We call it a "weekend hiring drive". Apparently, how many weekend drives you've attended is also a factor in your appraisal, reviews, promotions etc.
