Okay, I think I should give some more context... 😅

Every few weeks, our HR schedules a bunch of interviews on a weekend and some of our dev team has to join in on a Saturday and conduct these interviews. We call it a "weekend hiring drive". Apparently, how many weekend drives you've attended is also a factor in your appraisal, reviews, promotions etc.

@0and1 i haven't heard about this practice here. The HR usually end their work at 2-4 on friday and are going into their weekend. And they are coming only to business hours.
