I can't set up testing, a decent structure for my projects, or a basic CI/CD pipeline, because my clients want everything immediately, and my boss just sells my workforce without aknowledging anything of my relationship with the clients. I'm tired af, unsatisfied by what I produce and desperate for side projects to use my skills
