@Wolle If only, I'm the younger one
-
@PIZDKB86c8Z Yes me
-
@TheCommoner282 That's Nanami from Jujutsu kaisen
-
@asgs They might as well have a service like that. I guess that's what the notification saying "We are adding some new features to windows (without asking)" is installing
-
Thanks for using 100℅ doing idk service in the background.
Thanks for using 36% of ram right after login.
Thanks for making one drive literally unusable because of aggressive file scanning.
Thanks for hogging my network bandwidth downloading updates I didn't want.
Thanks for activating storage optimization without my consent.
Thanks for signing me up for installing skype without asking for consent. -
Oi, you have a license to ask for prayers?
-
@hitko omg, I downloaded the ISO from there after I switched off the plugin that changes my useragent.
Point is that if microsoft think you run windows they don't offer you to download the ISO as is and I'm not gonna run an exe tailored to windows under linux, not even under wine... -
@hitko Then let me phrase it otherwise. If you have windows 10 headers the site does not give you the option to download the iso file, only an executable, which is fucking useless if you want to create a bootable usb drive. Jeez, calm down windows fanboy
-
@hitko I remember having a similar problem. You see, Microsoft's download site doesn't show you the downloads if you use windows (or rather browser headers that make it look like windows)
Don't ask me why this should be a good idea -
@jaylord windows crashed and was doing updates in the background. Both against my will. I think this is pretty much hardware antagonistic.
Might have been on me. I've set the bar too high for windows and assumed you can get shit done while it's updating. -
Holy fuck, that's infuriating. With linux you know you fucked up, but here microsoft just fucks up everything for you, steals your data and makes a profit of it. And people wonder why I don't use dual boot... I don't want whatever the fuck microsoft is doing running directly on my hardware
-
Holy fuck thanks to that update I literally can't open os settings. How fucking incompetent do you have to be. What a fucking joke.
-
@Oktokolo I don't wanna name anyone specifically, but it begins with "ko" and ends with "nami"
-
Your manager seems like he's under the influence of a power I've seen in anime.
"Jail House Lock causes its victims to be able to only remember three new pieces of information [...] and when they learn a fourth "thing", they will forget the first thing they've learned and so on."
JoJo reference irl -
Hopefully your plans include protesting against planned obsolescence
-
@asgs "Clients and admin transaction overview shows deduct refunds from total in overview sum"
Translation: Don't consider refunded transactions when calculating the sum shown above the list -

Be sure to bring a beyblade and LET IT RIP!

@AmyShackles 30% because the language has bren thought out better (tooling, error handling, and readability in general) and 70% is pure spite from some of the worst code I've seen and the fact that the language let's you get away with it
-
@jasongodev pipewire is the same as pulseaudio in that regard (monitor on audio output).
I'm not sure what wayland has to to do with any of this as wayland is a display server/protocol -
The one that doesn't require facebook

I wish, but cache wouldn't destroy existing, unchanged layouts
-
@jiraTicket I have no idea, in my desperation I tore down the whole environment and rebuilt it. (Note: this is a hobby project and I don't have any users yet)
-
@darkwind Yeah :(
@jiraTicket I just built the css locally and it looks excatly the same :(
My sanity is droping. I got the css to work, but now the most important part of my app just returns a 404 -
Reminds me that I had 2 followers on registration. Bot detection works great 😫👌
-
@electrineer Where tf do you get your harrdrives?
-
@demortes What do you call a compiler that will compile a compiler that will replace the compiler that compiled the compiler
-
@happygimp0 because we can!
-
Man, I would have lost it. Just today I was thinking about the mistake I made in an API where you had to pass an unix timestamp, because I forgot that datetime was a thing in GraphQL. I need to restrain myself so hard to not update it, because it would break an app.
That filed has minor importance, but this shit changed the type of a primary key just like that. What brainfuck allows such an api change without versioning their api?
Fuck I miss function overloading -
Bless elixir, just SSH'd into the app and printed the config
