@Hedgepig there were some other red flags during it but I don't get to make the offers, just run the F2F interviews.

I was stunned, was expecting him to say something like 'I'm joking', but nope. I asked him does he think that is right, he said prob not (thankfully) and then I explained how we tend to resolve them.

I'm sorry but yes I recommend other people's suggestions. In terms of development iPhones tend to be the worst performing device for web based pages /apps. (Or so our office finds). It's sits just under IE on our horror list. (Memory issues)
