@lorentz that sounds pretty cool, and probably much needed, seeing as I don't trust myself too well not to write dumb shit. where can I read more about setting up these cookies and ribbons?
and yeah I mostly lurk, though I couldn't help myself this time - was still giggling as I was writing this -
Think of it this way - you made someone's day. I'm sure many laughed mildly cringed, and the truth is, it's all too relatable to be anything but.

I tried going down that road (Linux, tutanota, no social media) until I couldn't book a cab cause the app required Google services. I've seen given up and "embraced the botnet". We sacrifice our data for the sake of convenience. And I don't see a world where enough people protest to make a tangible cause for change.

you called?

Well I can take a shit while masturbating in the shower. That's fine, right?

Forgot to git pullout?

@DickDictator bless tlp man.
-
@T3hbeowulf that's interesting. Why is it that you get more on Windows than on Linux? Ubuntu, debian or arch generally use very little RAM and aren't bloated with the extra processes that Windows has.
-
@Linux Sounds like it's old. I think a rough estimation is 1 cell per hour for a 'new' battery. Do you think a 9cell one is worth it? It makes it a bit bulkier but some say it's perfect for gripping the laptop.

Dear god...... This hurts my OCD

@champion01 That's true. Hence why I went for the x220 model haha this thing is about 1.3kg.

Showing MEAN to a php/mysql dev would be more accurate

Internet Explorer is a great explorer for downloading a proper internet explorer that works. That's pretty funny though. Fix the "bug" and charge them lots of money for it

@Knossos @turturtles
Well put. I think experience and github speaks for itself. I just can't see how a degree is a solid investment when you could be using that time to not only work and make money but also perfect your craft. The only reason I'm probably still going to get one is due to the mere fact that it's required by employers and actively encouraged by society. -
@hareland seeing as you're my age, don't mind me asking but what kind of business are you running? Haha

How's the education system in Germany when it comes to CS? I know their science & engineering is solid and public education is free if you learn German. -
@Agarpo No, man. Respect lmao. I find PHP confusing
-
@Agarpo
Your favorite language is PHP.. How? ;-; -

I prefer
if (cond) {
stuff;
}
as well fellas -
if (cond)
{
stuff
}
is slightly more pleasing to read but
if (cond) {
stuff
}
feels more practical and faster -
