Actually yeah. Double click the event you want and a method is created for you.

Actually, last year in classes one of the students completely failed to install Android Studio and it was not due to some weird errors. We were in a mobile computing Master's. He was the joke for the rest of the year.

Any JS framework
-
@DjSall Android Studio or IntelliJ IDEA. They are based on the same platform anyway.
-
Doof... Doofenshmirtz. Oh god. This sudden Phineas and Pherb realisation hit me hard.
-
Must be from Brazil. The prices of electronic devices there are a joke.
-
You shouldn't take a photo of your exam and get the answers here, you silly 😁

If var is null, it won't throw a null exception and would still make the comparison. This is preferred by many which avoids code like
var != null && var.equals("test") -
I don't see why people always complain about resource usage. I would rather have it used to the maximum because that's why they exist. I don't buy 16GB of RAM expecting the system to use a maximum of 8. Use everything if that makes things faster. Otherwise it's just wasted money.

@thmnmlst He's from the future!
-
I once had a 3 star rating on my Android app because there was no iOS version... Yeah. I feel you
-
@josephnasr well, why not name it like that? I have no idea ahahaha. Probably just another random name or something like joining JSON and the G from Google since they made it.
-
Gson is a library that automatically converts between JSON and Java objects. And JSON is not a library. It's a data format. Just a way of storing data in text files.
-
Oh. Why don't you just put it on reverse?
-
What? 12 hours? Blasphemy! 24 hours!

In that case, I would suggest LibGDX. It may look a bit hard at the beginning but you will see that it's pretty well built and extremely powerful.
-
It depends on what you want. Unity is "simple" and straightforward as it handles a lot of boilerplate stuff, specially if you want to go 3D. You can get going very easily with a couple of tutorials. However, I think it's overkill for simple games (specially if you already have some experience on game development). Try looking at other resources. If you know Java, take a look at LibGDX or Slick 2D which are libraries. Being Java they are naturally cross platform and the former also builds for Android, iOS and web. I've looked at your profile and see that you are a web dev. Starting with JS games wouldn't be a bad idea since you can focus on learning game development instead of languages and tools.

@shizpi yes. I also heard about it but this is a different situation. The payment is made completely by the company.

@ThomasRedstone I live in Portugal although I've never heard of a case like this. Anyway, I need the internship to finish my master's
-
@skonteam actually I do :D It's a small team.
@Lisanna It is clearly stated that I am only paid if my performance is good. But this was a low move -
Never mind. What was happening was that I didn't have enough rants to even require scroll. However, the profile picture disappears when scrolling down and doesn't appear again when scrolling up (not sure if bug or intended)

Since Portugal is part of the European Union, we obviously use Bananas as our currency. We should never have to specify that.
-
Hello fellow Portuguese developer! I don't know in which part do you live but I would say that you are most probably looking in the wrong places. I'm about to start an internship and that's what I'm gonna earn, so I would expect a bit more if it wasn't an internship. All my colleagues that are starting an internship now are also gonna earn around the same or even a bit more. Some of them that started working even started with a salary of around 1000, which is pretty good for a first job. So, I would say keep looking and show your true potential!

Many thanks!
