I'm not looked no at the keyboard, I'm thinking the arrangement of all the other items has a story too... ?

How does the liquid not flow out... 🤔

Head of marketing sits on one... Don't like head of marketing... Don't like exercise balls

Did you actually stick it on the track pad?

There sadness in this.

This is real life.
-
@DarkMukke oh, that's easy to fix, just leave it a couple of days. Should go away. 😉
Sorry, PHP not my forte -
I'm going to see if I can fall asleep to this now...
-
@drRoss "has via emulation" ... Sort of, but not really
-
I wrote one python script once... In a project of probably 500 bash scripts (who writes an entire test automation framework in bash!?!?)... All I can say is screw them
-
I saw someone post a link to something similar but for Wikipedia edits the other day, but this, this fits my context

I thought they built vs code in part or specifically to open up to the Linux / Mac community...
That's what I heard on a podcast interview with the lead Dev or pm or something a year ago... I still don't use it...
VI all the waaaaaaaaaaaaay -
I want the tab key to input four spaces. A single space is a unit of white space, I don't want compound units of white space to be treated as one new unit, I want one or more units of the same measure of white space.
I accept the tab key, I don't accept the tab unit. -
I'm sure there is / was a legitimate reason, but I just think for the sanity of the future, for a language that claims is OO it should be able to enforce certain good practices as implied and and make it possible to do otherwise with some little extra work.
I agree, for backward compatibility that's probably impossible to change now. -
@ElectricCoffee the sarcasm was only because I thought they wouldn't care for that. To my surprise, x2, they went with it and yeah, it was a huge success... They're still using it 2 years later. Its a laptop and battery has gone, but with the power plugged in it works just great.

@Tonyobyo91 that description I'm hooked, going to get my wife hooked on this before the week is out. Sounds awesome.

I've been around a few the past couple of years, just settled on xubuntu. Don't need much from a desktop pov, trying to spend more time in the command line. Its my primary os now in a virtual machine on top of windows 7.

I got this question once, I was being sarcastic when I said to run a Linux os and it will be as good as new :/
So they said, OK do that.
And I did.
And they were happy.
OK, then -
Don't edit your .bashrc file thinking it will make a change, I wasted a couple of hours on that today. The realisation of what I was doing humbled me.
-
This is real right...
-
You're absolutely right, I fell in love with spring boot a couple of months back, but I just can't build a front end with it

What is the best way to have web/html interface to java backend app? I've tried so many approaches, just not convinced by any so far. My current approach is to go with python / node backed frontend and api into a java backend... Stupid???
-
I am curious too... Or is pure java no-go for gui now?
