Haven't received mine yet XD, it's been a few months now.
-
@EmberQuill 1000 tabs? Even for me that's extreme XD
-
@HampusMa I didn't require a custom executable file, a.out was good enough in this case.
-
I didn't find anything that useful in 19.04, I could just technically convert my 18.04 to 19.04 without even upgrading it.
-
@RantSomeWhere u don't need an else block because only one of the returns should technically work so this is equivalent to a code with else block.
-
@broseph not at all. This was in a previous year question paper.
-
@RantSomeWhere @nitwhiz it is a bad piece of code but somehow this was given in one of our university exams. I guess they just wanted the students to point out the error.
-
I guess it somehow uses the overflow in the integer to terminate the recursion, not sure. Is the complexity going to be infinite ?
-
@Codex404 yes, I did find a devrant repo but it was just for issues and stuff.
-
@sbiewald idk... There was a feature that prevented a user from reposting stuff that they had made previously but this seems to work for every post made by all users...
-
@filthyranter the feature exists and that's good but as a developer I guess I'd like to test its limits...
-
@dudeking couldn't find the repo
-
@irene I guess it is possible but how reliable would it be... like if I changed the image a little bit like added extra margin or a little crop maybe... I would like to test it out but I'll have to wait for another hour or so before I can make another post.
-
@Alice it not only checks whether I have made that post previously but also the whole devrant DB I guess, because I never made that post previously...
-
Idk my dual boot Ubuntu too doesn't charge completely. Maybe because it's built in to firmware. I use a HP Pavilion with widows and Ubuntu on dual boot.
-
@embeddedmaikel XD... got plenty of time... My codes compiling XD...
-
@Root just read the post... Beautiful XD...
-
@d4ng3r0u5 dayum... XD
-
@bytecode that's truly secure XD...
-
@bytecode may Lord bless you...
-
@norman70688 if we consider your hypothetical solution then, those 3 idiots will not be the only one's laughing because the whole world would be laughing back at them... And the next day when they wake up, they'll again get back to their monotonous life and repeat the same cycle till their death... Now u tell me who's the loser?
-
@Hackshay there is no holier than thou attitude here...
First of all it's a meme! Secondly it's just trying to portray a hypothetical situation where a "dev" goes to a bar and orders 3 beers by showing 2 fingers. It's just trying to show how over-committed devs can be towards their profession, that they sometimes forget there's a whole world out there for whom indexing starts at 1....
The jokes on the dev not on the bartender.... Because I am pretty sure in real life no one would be laughing at the bartender for not understanding the reference but they'd laugh at the dev for acting "weirdly". So this meme instead of being a mode of mocking non-techincal people is actually a satire directed at the so called "technical" people who (well accepted by technical and non technical people) have little to no social life.... -
People are criticising the meme, but I am an Indian and very honestly I don't think this is offensive... A tutorial is something that helps us understand a concept and if we don't even understand what the person is saying it's basically useless. But in other scenarios everyone should at least try to understand, instead of critising the person for having an accent.

@ElizadeathRaven XD.....
-
@maushax everything here is hostile so be aware XD.. JK
-
@lazyDev that must have been a pain XD...
-
@faheel absolutely, android development is changing rapidly first kotlin and hybrid apps then flutter and all of them have pretty good features.
