It's been a long time since I visited devRant website. So many changes and the UI feels so good. I preferred web version than the mobile app version now.

Is unit test helpful in React web app? Why do I think it is just wasting of time? How often do you use unit test in your web app development?

This must be the most unforgettable Chinese New Year to me.
People are checking body temperature everywhere, and restricting traffic. All theaters, parks, any public places are shut down. People are told to stay home, which is what I have been doing in the past 2 weeks. Most of the time I was coding. It's kind of frustrating. I don't know how long this will last. Situation looks severe from the news.

Attracted by Python's powerful built-in libs, I learned it by myself. However, its naming convention is confusing me. It even can't correspond to itself in an object. For example, a dict object has a method named has_key and a method named popitem. So I need to check up on the function names frequently.

A non-dev friend just complained to me about work and without second thought I recommended her to rant on DevRant. Now I am wondering if that would expose this sanctuary too much?
