@Nanos I could understand bending the truth would be tough to witness. I don't really wanna care about office politics since a job done right gives me more satisfaction. But we just choose our battles and our champion. In this case I'm lucky to have a team lead to help pitch a good word for me. Hopefully my manager would agree and have all the reasons they need to fight for me during calibrations. Once we are up there then we pay it forward :)

@eo2875 my bosses are good people. Most are not as technical which sometimes causes my rants but I just don't want to give our management any reason to see me less of a candidate for promotion over all the other employees they have who also wants it. I could apply for a a day or two leave but I'm refraining from taking one until I get good news. Best foot forward while calibrations are on-going :)

Usually it's time sensitive when it's still your part of the work to do but when it is turned over to the client to do the testing or sign-offs for approval or billing, the time sensitivity magically disappears.

Okay I love the microwave also but don't use it much except for reheating. But the air fryer, I love it for french fries, hashbrowns, potato wedges, chicken and anything else inside the fridge that says "dip me in oil". It's cheap. Easy to move - I can cook with it beside the TV so I can pay attention to them both. Less oil ergo less fat, although it can feel like it's drier compared to deep fried but my vote is on anything that helps lower calories so still loving it.

Android phone has so many cameras looks like Apple is doing a catch-up rather than set the trend like they used to. Hopefully though they bring the trend back of slimmer pocket friendly phones.

@Nanos probably a design improvement which they could consider. I had an experience with a bot that didn't even answer the expected results from their job aid. Since there was a report button, I reported it broke. After a day someone actually replied and explained the issue and they even knew the things I typed and what broke it so it would be possible to submit up. At least the human asking the same set of questions again can be taken maybe as being comprehensive and can be a good thing unless one is busy. There are people who try to bypass the bots and just go straight to talking to a person. Talking to a human is still so much better.

@Fast-Nop gauging an applicant's thought process is essential. it would just have been easier to understand if the question is actually relevant to the job. Like would he likely have to design a chat bot for the medical industry which would at least help the applicant get a starting point of questions to ask also. I'd take the interviewer's question as a requirement and that means exploring with inquiries of my own to fully understand what they really want to achieve. In the end though, budget is always the typical constraint.
