Ice cream, netflix, ranting, scheming how to destroy the universe. Normal stuff.

@rutee07 That explains the bathtub filled with ice cubes I woke up in, but what about that scar on my side right under my ribs?

Play games. Do non technical non work related things

@Devnergy I like No Man's Sky. Calm and soothing. No adrenaline rush. Really helps to de-stress.

I was at the same place as you two weeks ago. I took a vacation.

@yehaaw not always an option especially when you just took your vacation a month ago šŸ˜‚

@rutee07 Seems reasonable, though I understand now why @C0D4 has been skipping our little "fun nights" recently. Anyway what else did you do in there?

I find that just not doing anything programming related in my free time for a bit resolves the burnout automatically and I soon want to work on side projects again. The "bit" of time in question varies though.

If you mean burnout with work related programming then I'd love to know an answer for this myself too...I guess finding a job at a different company is a start.

@rutee07 Oh? Oh... Oh! Well then, hope you're not busy tonight!

Play some game - preferably one that has nothing to do with thermonuclear war...

Drop every, get some tacos or steak (make it into tacos too), binge play something

Go on a long nice hike in the woods. Bring a couple sandwiches from your local deli and some beers and just watch everything - the birds, the tree leaves, the water from the creek... A person comes along on the trail, strike up a conversation. And then take them out and bury them about 200 feet off the main trail.
