						@aokayla While I agree with some of the points you made, I am curious to know how the implications would change if the gender of said colleague was not specified.
I agree that there might have been other reasons, and in particular in the situation as presented I feel that both parties have part of guilt. But that has already been discussed.
I am just curious to know what would change in the implications of the post if the sexes of the op and said colleague were unknown.
