@netikras indeed , that's what JavaScript's all about reinventing the wheel every at every single fucking step 🤌🏻
-
Someone call @demolishun cuz he's got a contender
-
⚠️ Warning: solution 1 will drive typescript mad. To avoid that, you must override it's structural typing by using a class holding a "tap" HOF-method instead of just a function
-
Yes, but you'll need more than just console.log.
I see two ways you can go forward with this.
1. Write a "tap" HOF that you'll hook to functions. It will overshadow the global console.log inside the function it's tapping, generating a different indentation and another, new, "tap" HOF for tapping functions nested within the first one.
2. Just use console.trace -
I've also highlighted the syntax so that I can know what I'm looking at without actually reading. It does make bad code much more apparent tho... Don't know if that's a perk
-
@jestdotty thank you very much, it's custom made from me to myself. I made it so it has tons of contrast but without the eye strain
-
y'all keep winning and mi mi mi, size, mi mi mi, buah buah, me me me me me me
so narrow minded, see "web" and can't think straight
wasm's not a replacement for anything. the whole fucking purpose of the thing is running shit across platforms.
For fuck sakes, it doesn't even need a fucking browser to run.
Stop embarrassing yourselves -
But, if you gimme that code, looking up the bytecode could also be enough
-
Shit, if it's recursive you can write that function, memoize it and pretty print that cache for us.
-- also, I don't wanna out myself lol -
nossa, senhora... OP needs murdering before they lay eggs
-
Maybe, you know any wasm languages? If no, you've no choice. Learn and forget, someday it might be useful.
-
Looks recursive, giiiimme! give it to meeeee!!!! I want, no I need, to see it!
----
pretty please? -
@TeachMeCode yes. It's disgusting.... Digging through `tsc`' source code makes it all even more appalling.
-
@thebiochemic BAM! noice 🤣👌🏻
-
Typescript's type gymnastics
-
@TeachMeCode you don't wanna know
-
@Liebranca I mean, who needs one, right?
-
no man, you're leaving nothing to cry over, `rm -rf ~`, wherever `~` that could be and grab some popcorn 🍿
-
timesheetception ☝🏻 @jestdotty, the dottynator, summed it up.
----- redacted out so that I don't corrupt anyone --- -
@TeachMeCode I think it helps me a lot with prototyping, but I ditch them once that's done
-
Write that grocery list on you editor, throughout the month, buy that shit. Do it twice more, get what's always there and make a permanent list, buy it all every payday
-
@MammaNeedHummus truth!
-
@TeachMeCode, @thebiochemic made a invaluable point. Lodash, ramda, fp-ts and friends all stick like shit on a white t-shirt, easy to get it there, real nasty to take it out.
-----
Only thing stickier I know is tailwind and boy, you don't wanna have to clean that out -
Don't, read its code, copypasta what you need
-
Get a gun
-
salutations, fellow henchman!
-
please, please, if ever we meet, can you piggieback me? It's for purely empirical purposes, I'd like to know what being carried feels like for once
-
shit, dotty, you're a giant
-
I am joking
-
