@Totchinuko he did mention it, but i don’t think he does 🤔
-
@bdhobare even more amazing when you managed to create something new :)
-
Congrats! How did you manage to spread the word about it?
-
@wizzzard i agree ... can be pretty traumatizing ... problem is that he is technically a coder too
-
@kunashe true story. the problem is that this is how my day goes whenever there is a problem that he feels he has to get involved into solving it. For ex. today he spend 5h 'debugging' something, while i had to observe. And whenever i was politely suggesting to look in a specific place he was denying it ... then 5h later he gave up and i solved it in 5 minutes.
I feel dead inside after every encounter like this one -
haha i totally feel you ... my boss has his commits in a format close to this *bossman_name 28 august done*
-
Sounds almost like my current one! Sometimes I wonder how people like this get on such functions
-
@LMtx true... the problem is that it is a rather small company ... around 20 people ... and i slowly get the feeling that the marketing and sales teams are considered class 1 employees ... they get plenty of benefits (ex. flexible for schedule) and devs class 2 as we are expected to always go the extra mile to deliver plenty of unrealistic goals even in free time and it is considered as a default expactation
-
@NeatNerdPrime hope you are right. I put a lot of work in for this company. But when things like this happen I wonder if they really appreciate the work me and all the other devs put in.
-
@nblackburn chips || fries ... sorry ... now i handle the British case as well :)
-
That is great!
-
@tylerhartwig I can imagine... that sounds pretty nice... that is what i will try to do as well ... get the concept to a in depth knowledge and then be able to apply what i learned in real life scenarios
-
@tylerhartwig yes match is not a problem, also I know the concept of mi ... but will give it a look ... thanks
-
@tylerhartwig which one will that be? :)
-
@iker592 Thank you... just did not long ago ... got some interesting tips
-
Where did you started your research with machine learning? I am about to start getting in to it as well
-
Bet they are evil plotting every day on how to make evil changes
-
@Jumpshot44 Thank you! I do consider but following the advice he gives would be unjustified and will create about 10% lines of code. Also when asked what is the reason for that, no meaningful answer was provided. Basically it was just like Trump answers media questions haha
-
Why not waiting till the first deadline and then ditch the spaghetti team?
-
@runfrodorun sad but true
-
Thank you!
True the new users tend to ask and then fade away, but this guy was not really new (had more reputation than i did), and incredibly stubborn when i told him he was handling some event in not the best way ... this also being a factor in creating his problem...
