I recently neared the end of a project employment. Created a LinkedIn profile and polished it a bit. I had signed for a new job within two weeks.
But I do suspect that mileage may vary depending on what country you are in and what the culture around LinkedIn is -
@HAlex haha

@Michelle From what they've said, they DO scan shared documents as they see it as a more "public" resource and, according to them at that time, don't scan documents you don't share.
The incident in question was, from what I've read, because someone pushed something to prod that wasn't properly tested etc. Which made the AI harsher -
Don't worry, I've been living like this for half a year, it works, kinda...
-
I mean, the problem I see with this is the size it'll need to send down the wire, if I just guesstimate based on the length of each row, this dropdown alone would be about 5-10 kB which may not look like a lot, but every byte we don't have to send to the end user that might be on a really slow connection is a happy end user that doesn't leave the site before it has loaded...
-
QLab, please, I'm suffering!
-
It looks weird indeed, if it would've been something like a HALL sensor that have +, GND and DATA pins... But I mean, there does exist three pin pushbuttons... Not wired like these tough iirc
-
Well I did use webstorm, then i got a computer from ${work} without admin rights so I couldn't install it, installed atom instead and now I've customized it so much that it'd be a great pain to switch back (webstorm can now be installed without admin rights)
-
@daegontaven duh, I did that years ago...
-
@LeFlawk hmm nope, it's there and on... Perhaps I need to do a restart
-
@LeFlawk hmm, can't seem to find that... :(
-
Chrome atm. But is growing a bit scared by Google's recent actions, so I should probably degoolify my life soon...
-
@shivayl @Sarcaxxo well I had like 400 BTC that I CPU mined in the early days of the currency, if I hadn't sold them I could've bought a house for them today...
-
@abdallahesam because I'm quite alone with that knowledge in my contact circles, so people ask for help aaaaalll the time, and when I've helped them for a while people stop respecting my time...
-
@Cyanide indeed!
-
byobu, so basically tmux with a preconf that I find more useful
-
@gitpush I mean, at day 3 I considered replacing it with a 301 to %randomPornSite%...
-
That almost looks like the spike I have in incoming nginx connections that time a company switched ISP, their previous static IP was released into the pool of dynamic IP's, my home network got that ip, I have a raspberry pi serving a static page (a clock) to unknown subdomains/domains. They forgot to change their DNS for a week, and suddenly I had 7 million people that had looked at my entirely green page with a clock on it that week...

Well on Apple products, typing a word that match /i[A-Z].*/ will in this new update do the correct thing, charge you $0.99 for using their trademarks
-
What the.... Who the.... WHY!!??
-
I feel you... I have 0.0002 BTC, gained mainly from faucets back in 2012-ish
-
So actually, both are deliberate desigm choices, the G would look less balanced otherwise. Some guy on YouTube had a great explanation, allow me a second...
Found it https://youtu.be/hV8hOLOC_Hk
And same goes with the search bar. It's supposed to accommodate for letters with tails, like g, j, p, q, and y. -
@raulqf well because I do about half the work, I'm not really ready to take on double the work. And in this case I can't get in contact with the project leads contacts to get info as it's the project lead that makes the information
-
@JoshBent well it's not entirely rewritten any more, I have a base to work with nowdays, but all the things that do differ from year to year has to be remade. So not entirely, but like, half of it
-
@koukou well, it's voluntary work which Noone gets paid for, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
Nano and atom
-
It's something!
Although, if I was to give you a tip, the contrast between your background and foreground (text color) is way too low in an accessibility perspective. -
*facepalm*
-
Way too few

Well there are in fact stuff like Cordova or ionite... And You can always "mobile-web-app-capable=yes" which will make it work kinda like an app
