Are you using Tor? Bots often use Tor which causes the exit node to be marked by Google.

It is called Rubber Duck Debugging. It is a debugging method where you explain step by step out loud how your program works to the duck. Telling out loud how your program works often helps to find the error easier, Just like how you would notice grammar mistakes easier when reading an essay out loud.
