@C0D4 thank you, it’s for my time. I appreciate your comments, I think I will stick to taking their site hostage till they pay or take down the logo 😅
-
@C0D4 they don’t own any of it, nor the site nor the content, the contract is more of invoice type, I own the site, the domain, it’s hosted on my server and they don’t have a physical copy of any of it

Find yourself a colleague or a fellow programmer who likes the project and would like to contribute, make some arrangements as to brainstorm once a day and prototype few times a week. But use a schedule. As it moves forward faster you won't loose interest and when you grow it up enough you will start making plans on how to go big, than you simply wouldn't be able to stop until you either go full time in it or it completely fails. But remember schedules and constant contributions.

Node.js would be my vote if was about a regular project and despite the fact that I didn't read all the comments I will drop my two cents here. As the fact that you are asking about a startup makes me think, that you need to bootstrap something fast and stable, not scalable right away. You should probably turn to php for that, you can still scale it down the road and the biggest plus are all the great frameworks and packages that save you shitload of time. Not like node doesn't have all them packages and frameworks but due to the diversity there you will find yourself loosing more time researching and looking over in wikis and stackoverflow than prototyping.

I chuckled, good one

Do you folks happen to know a good community to chit chat about vue ? Slack or whatever

Forgot to ++ for the little lady's stress ball. Thanks for reminding :-)

That some pixel-perfect art. Are we looking at the first steps of a Web Designer ? 😀

@xroad I did tried that couple of times, can't get him hooked up. His has this annoying ironic attitude where i comes 'too easy' or 'pointless', but he can't actually do it and has no idea how to forge the right attitude towards a project or a challenge. I tried to hook him to participate in a weekly coding challenge with great rewards even that can't inspire him..

Looks fresh, it's great!

My grandma told me how they were programming in college, writing down the code on paper for a week until the one-computer-room was free for an hour in the weekend and they could test it. That was her 3rd year, up until then they only wrote on papers and the teacher was checking it.
I can't see myself putting up with that shit.
It was programming for agricultural machines. -
