Project Dump - Web App for people to host/adopt abandoned code projects.

Description

Developers can host projects that they discontinued for various reasons along with details of the project. Other developers can find such projects and work on it together under a new goal, vision, stack, etc. Not sure if this would be useful to anyone, just thought I would validate this here and if anyone is interested, perhaps we can build this together

Cool idea, but I wouldn't call it a project "dump". Maybe something like a project adoption platform? Sounds a bit more positive ;)
