You do the talking, I'll do the work. I'm NOT capping. This is serious.

You do the talking, I'll do the work. I'm NOT capping. This is serious.

Description
I am looking into getting my company registered. And the problem I face negotiating the payouts with clients is that they see me as an individual. If you come on these calls as an "HR" and help me make it look to them that I have salaried employees, that will earn me a higher payout. Take a look at my profile and you will find my YouTube channel. And oh yeah, I should mention. Americans are my first preference. I'll pay you $200 per successful contract negotiation. You do the talking, I'll do the work. That's it. If you're thinking, why hire a dev to do this? Well, I think it's fun for me to work with like minded people. I hate management people.

I'm pretty sure all outsourcing contracts work like this

Pretty sure most people here are developers and not sales people. This doesn’t sound like the best idea to get involved with…

    @SidTheITGuy

"If you come on these calls as an "HR" and help me make it look to them that I have salaried employees"

    This is fraud.

@Demolishun Didn't I mention I am looking to get my company registered? The clients will have something to point at and sue me should things go south.

It's more like a freelance HR position, really.

@SidTheITGuy is this still valid? or did you find a job?
  • 0
@awesomeest it's still valid. you interested?
  • 0
@SidTheITGuy possibly... but more interested in other... let's say... potentials.

Can you contact me via telegram (@awesomeest) or discord (sara.awesomeest)?

@SidTheITGuy apparently youre not interested lol

@awesomeest shut up and get lost please.

@SidTheITGuy dude... u can make up whatever level of dramatisation of what you 'feel' happened... it still doesnt make it reality.

also, im not going to do something just because someone tells me to, especially not in that way.

as this is now a publicly evident issue... fyi (@ anyone else reading for whatever reason) he took a basic " if" statement and turned it into a declared assumption targeting his ability as a dev.

sid, if anyone assumes youre a good, or bad, dev without ever seeing your work or having any technical discussion... you should stay away... unless they are a really gullible person thats offering a ton of money for a simple 1-off task-- then you shouldnt say anything just gladly accept the serendipitous fortune.

@awesomeest I'm not taking advice on what's real or not from someone like you. Your opinion and existence means nothing to me. So, shut up and go fuck yourself.

@SidTheITGuy lol such animosity towards someone who did absolutely nothing to warrant it.

Idk what your emotions are telling you happened, but i was just trying to get a general gauge of your personality and skillset to see if i could offer you a job, some work or, since im super mean, an internship with free access to multiple servers, codebases and experts to give you real validity.

Btw, if you realise you fucked up and twisted shit around for emotional reasons, you know how to contact me.

"who did absolutely nothing to warrant it."

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that.
