In a conversation about which editor to use to edit pod file, this guy said nano.

I thought what a great idea to piss off both vim and emacs people in a single shot 😂

I was using nano until it wasnt available on a pc. I switched to Vim and after some annoyances Ive learned to use it and know use it on windows as well, not as main editor like @AlexDeLarge but for making notes, quick file edits and the like.

I really like nano. It is like notepad. Small, simple, and straight forward. No need for a manual.

I have no doubt in my mind that on technical grounds Vim or emacs is better. It is just way more than I need. When making a small change it a confirmation file.
