Took 1 hour to write code...1 day to find missing semi colon..

    And really annoying after you realize only semicolon was missing and whole day is gone

    @saltuwaiya I'm mostly using products from JetBrains, so webstorm, phpstorm etc. The W3C validator works great for finding HTML & CSS errors as well.

    Even if you want something free there are great linters for atom and sublime. The "I couldn't find a semicolon" excuse isn't valid. It's 2016, we have ducks that meow. Times have changed

    @askerr or VSCode - it's really good imo, and easily beat atom for speed last I checked!

    @yusijs do people really think that atom's speed is a problem? I've only been using it for a few months (I switched from sublime mid April) and I've only experienced good things. But I keep hearing people mention its speed, so maybe for different kinds of projects it's slower?

    @askerr I cant speak for now, I left it 6 months ago. i used it towards networks shares, and it was utterly useless.
