Yeah, I know it will be alright. I have always been like this. But now I am feeling like Elliot from Mr. Robot.

The more I watch things like Mr. Robot, the more I relate to the people having psychological issues. Sometimes I feel I need a therapy myself. That's causing me anxiety.
I get anxiety attacks randomly and get broken by trivial things. It feels like I am suffering from depression. Nothing feels motivating. -
It's hard to think that maybe you need help but maybe you don't. I have no problem talking to a therapist. Hell some people should do it even if they believe they're healthy. Doesn't have to be a therapist. Could be a trusted friend. Then again I'm not hiding much. I'm no government lack I just don't care if the government knows I dislike them or disagree with them.

That's somewhat normal nowadays. If you really want to change things, try talking to a psychologist. It's their job to help people to improve in situations like that :)
