I am a sysadmin, and I would much rather be one than a web developer, but unfortunately, sysadmins are being automated out of a job. So the closest thing to a sysadmin anybody will be in a couple years is an infrastructure engineer. Meanwhile, web developers will still be going strong, trading on some other new framework for JavaScript.

Would it be easier in a virtual machine instead of your hard drive?
