Anyone know any good sources on creating a multi seat system using Ubuntu (or some Linux). I want to have 4 people using 4 monitors, keyboards, and mice. On 1 computer. It’s for a project idea

What's the difference between Ubuntu and Linux besides Ubuntu runs on a modified Linux?

I don't think 4 monitors would be the problem. I've got 5 and never had problems

@b3b3 there isn’t a difference. I’m just saying if there’s an easier way on a different distro I’ll use that one

@jester5537 💁that sounds like an interesting project. But I honestly don't know how it would work. LinusTechTip once had a video "7 gamers 1 PC" or something like that where 7 people would play independently on one PC but I think it had 7 VMs but I'm not sure. Maybe you could have a look at it but not sure if it helps

Setup individual virtual machines with USB passthrough.
