don't use natural keys

I accidentally registered with the NHS with the wrong date of birth. NHS records are keyed by date of birth among other things. This will have devastating consequences.

As long as humans are in charge of data entry, everything should be mutable and all keys should be generated

@melezorus34 There is an NHS number which is unique for each person and invariant. It's one of the lookup elements if all else conflicts. it baffles me why it isn't the first element.

@melezorus34 yeah bc SSN is already unique so obviously gluing a DOB to it won’t make it any more unique lol. Dumbass engineers can’t figure out uniqueness lol

@TeachMeCode Historically, the lookup key had to be something illiterate people could memorize. They had ample time to upgrade though.

@lorentz upgrade to being illiterate proof again with emojis in keys
