Does it has an cantina that serves food for humans?
Does this food looks edible?

1) Is it progressive. As in embraces new tech.
2) Does it have quality staff. As in the Devs are good
3) Is their product something I believe in. I can't be enthusiastic about a company whose product leaves me cold

All super important points for me

Money, benefits, retirement, freedom, work life balance, etc.

Money's important, sure (never work for free or low pay), but for me happiness is more important. If don't like what I do, I get bored and depressed. So I make sure the work environment is nice and the work is interesting.
