Titanium is JavaScript that complies to native iOS and android if I'm correct. So technically it's native. Right?

@champion01 With that scale, most of the hybrid app frameworks are "technically native".

@mohammed IMO yes and no, many mobile frameworks such as phonegap or ionic use HTML/js for a view experience. So these would be a hard No, it's not native.
Since the other ones compile to native, they are native right? The only "cons" I have read are that intial load may be slow, and there's no such thing as a true, write once for all devices as Xamerin and others market. But it does use native APIs and ther for is native.
What do you think?
