I know what happened here. You have some adblock that points that domain to localhost, and you happen to have nginx installed serving the default page

I heard at $work that one of my coworker’s “buddies” was working on rolling out something new at Google’s tag manager service. Given their … laughable mental acuity, it makes sense.

@ScriptCoded @999pinggg well... I am behind a pihole and gtm is in the blocklist. Blocklists are like /etc/hosts files, mapping domains to 0.0.0.0 . And some browsers, like Chrome, have implemented a 0.0.0.0 -> 127.0.0.1 mapping. So that actually makes sense...
