Personally drinking coffee in the morning is the worst for me (I get irritated and crash. Late afternoon is the best.

Froot75547yI think you're overthinking it. Just drink it whenever you feel like it. You don't have to optimize your coffee drinking habits 😄

@wxcazee Even later, like 5-6 pm (but I wake up pretty late, around 10:00 a.m.). If it's too late for you it might keep you up at night. You may also try tea, it has a milder but more stable effect.

Tea in morning with cold shower. Then caffine in afternoon, pills or ph neutral caffinated drinks means you can skip food if you have too.
