@harikm same here on gnome, been trying to install nvidia in kali several times, only just to find error message after boot in the end :(

The above guide should get u working with it properly... it did for me at least ( the only guide that actually worked for Optimus )
Edit: yes it is written for antergos but works perfectly for Arch 😎 -
@Electrux For now I disabled Nvidia from bios.It worked...
So now I can proceed to install i3 wm or any other desktop environments..right?? -

@harikm I don’t like antergos personally... but I use its wiki just to get Nvidia Optimus running...
I m saying that u install Arch Linux, then use antergos wiki to install Nvidia Optimus 😊
