Use to work at a place that did that, and the owner would open and save 3-4 different copies.. You had to search through them and try to figure out what was good and what had been changed. So aggravating.

That is insane! The place I work at uses Privately shared Google Docs for the same purpose, plain text passes and all that! You'd think that there aren't enterprise password vaults out there :(
