I am not skinny at all. I'm afraid I'm going to start getting a chair-shaped ass with how long I sit, lol. I've been using a FitBit for a while now that at least brings it to my attention that I need to move more, but most often I still choose to defer movement. I benefit the most when I have a buddy that also wants to walk and we can hold each other accountable.

CWins48087yIf weight control was a game, the difficulty level is decided by dice roll.
There is no simple trick, some people can do and eat whatever they want, others need to take control over how they get and consume energy.
It's fairly simpel. If you eat more energy than you spend, you gain weight. Your body stores energy for bad times. Sadly, the human body is not aware how society works, so if you eat less, it goes "omg hunger crisis" and tries harder to store energy as fat. Plus that bastard takes muscles over fat a lot, which makes it harder to get away the fat while retaining the muscle.
The good part: if civilization crashes tomorrow and you want to store fat for a hard winter in a cave, your body is almost ready.
Things you may do for benefits:
* don't eat more than you need.
* don't eat less than you need
* use your muscles regularly -
I'm simply naturally skinny. Most people think im anorexic, but I'm not.
But the first of all, do NOT starve or yourself or follow any peculiar diet methods, such as the 5 bite diet.
Once you starve yourself, you can't stop. This is because once your body enters starvation mode, it'll carry double the fat the next time you eat normally.
So, don't gain more weight by starvation.
Don't eat 3 large meals a day. Try 6 smaller meals instead. This is the BEST method of weight loss.
Drink lots of water. Set an alarm to drink at least 5 sips of water every 30 minutes. If you don't drink enough water, you'll end up carrying water weight.
Don't weigh yourself until the end of each month. Constantly checking your weight will put you down.
DON'T purge. You'll damage your throat and teeth.
Always exercise three times a day for 30 minutes. -
Smaller frequent meals. Decrease carbohydrates, especially sugar. Eat small courses of protein rich food.
I've really gotten into making platters with some nuts, meats, vegetables and cheeses, which I slowly eat over the course of a few hours while working.
Also, a standing desk saves you about 200-250 kCal for an 8 hour work day. Aim to at least stand half of the time. -
Use chopsticks 😂
Not even joking, it'll force you to eat slower and smaller portions because you'll feel full sooner -
mbj0471307yI enjoy eating so I don't have that problem but I am probably the biggest guy at my office anyway.

luper4477yGo vego? Lost like 15kg in a month and it stayed off.
If that's not an option, more white meat and less red meat(2 or 3 times a week for red meat). Reduce protion size, you should have 2 times the amount of veggies to meat. Remove processed carbs completely (white bread, white pasta, white rice... You get the idea). Quinoa is better than wholemeal pasta/brown rice. Introduce nuts and fruit into your diet, great for snacks!
Sugar is your worst enemy ever. As stated by many other if you have only water as a drink that's a really good start.
Lastly regular light exercise. Be that walking, running, body workout routine or gym.
Good luck! form a previously fat guy, it's fucking hard work but achievable. -
sylar23847ySkinny here. My stomach started to have that bang and all I ate, while sitting down, is cheese sandwiches and drink coffee all f-ing day. At this rate I won't be able to see my

Did you forget a word at the end of your first post or is it an intended cliffhanger for your perfect asshole? -
@Michelle @bittersweet @luper @CWins wow I didn't quite expect to get so many helpful responses, thanks everyone 😉 I'll definitely will add nuts to my daily routine, maybe as snack in between the three big lunches
As for drinks, I always drink water / black coffee so that's one less step to change
I think my main problem is eating too much (or too fast) in the evenings. Anyways... Thanks for the tips and / or support 😘
