Should I eat this questionable potato that has a few purple spots? I cooked the shit out of it

    Potatoes having black spots is usually due to humidity. Same with carrots. Once you peel them, they are usually just fine.

    If it happens often, it means that the place you store them in ain't as dry and not sunny as you thought.

    I mean, I've had potatoes last for like, one year.

    @CoreFusionX thanks, i don’t mind the slight sourness to them bc the ketchup masks it damn well. I had a slight belly ache which could’ve been from anything else I ate. I didn’t want to toss in the trash and waste food, I hate wasting food
