maybe bitcoin won't crash, maybe it'll just stabilise at some point.

I just find all the speculation and hype funny. I love the technology, but the application really just bored me.

@1989 sure, but we're talking about two different things here: everyone can still freely use bitcoin to send and receive money freely.

What you're complaining about is that many of the early adopters of bitcoin have hoarded most of the coins distributed, and are now profiting from the big popularity and price increase.
Trouble is, the only way we all could have avoided that would have been adopting bitcoin early ourselves. The whole point of the emission curve was to incentivize early adoption.
