what is this new habit and why

I only get this engrossed like 2 hours a day come on. WHY YOU RUINING MY JIVE

Cat needs to get out, mating season.

Cats are lovely, but they're also slightly demonic.

You cannot win against cats, but you can mitigate. I have a printer next to my desk. When my cat is on my desk, I slap my printer a few times gently for her to jump down there. And there I pet her.

She then jumps up again when I stop, so I repeat. I try to only pet her when she sits on the printer, not when she is on the desk.

She comes up to annoy me and goes down to get petted, that constant up and down powers her out in 10 minutes. And 10 minutes are better than 1 hour.
