    Probably it helps to distribute the weight properly among the whole building and keeps it on foot. If you deleted it whole thing collapses. At least that’s what happens when I remove “useless” code =p

    I'm sure other IDEs have this too but using visual studio it shows you references to a class or method and it's helped me so much with removing unnecessary code.

    I hate to say this but unless you're maintaining someone else's code, this shouldn't apply to you. You should understand the code you're writing and if not, documentation.
