Context required. This is from an Indian TV show called CID. Essentially it's a spoof (unintentionally) of all the CSI shows.
Has some excellent moments like getting the DNA of a perp by viewing an x-ray XD.

@Root btw Cid is the fbi of India, so there's a show where they show a team working under Cid, trynna solve cases and shit, that guy there is the head of the team. And whenever he feels something wrong, he says this iconic line, which literally translates to "somethings wrong"
