Several things look off there... the bottom gap I've seen if you have a phone that can should and hide the bottom black system buttons. App definitely isn't optimized for narrower screens, but some extra weirdness here that shouldn't be happening, like the "4" touching the (++) and the ++ and -- touching the edges of the circle. Looks like an accessibility option has the font size increased, breaking some of the layout.
