5 mandatory leaves available, but haven't got even 1 person to spend it with. welp, i guess they will lapse and i will compromise on the 1 rule that i promised myself in work life : "never let your leaves lapse or get them encashed , always use them, you deserve it"

Even if you stay bored in home doing nothing, it's better than work.

Yeah. I've still got 17.5 days of PTO and don't have anyone either. Guess I'll work, it's better than doing nothing.

Also had around 20 leaves a year. Most people here go twice a year on vacation or so but all have days left in the year and get them cashed out heavy taxed. Sucks if you're not having one to spend it with. I'm alone for more than a year, sometimes do not see people for three days and am fully adapted to it. It also means I don't drink in a bar what is a personal achievement
