I'm a .Net developer from Morocco, i'm currently working on an accounting software for this fucking company owned by an American boss. And i'm handling every single aspect of the project including the back-end (C#), Database (Sql Server), Reports (crystal reports, ABAP, VSTO), and design (UI, logos, animation...). For a salary of 300 USD/month, with no insurance, no transportation fees, and no fuck given about my health or my coworkers'. Not mentioning the shitty working hours and condition.
This is my first (job)

@hamdan that's pretty low actually, even for a junior.

You should check out some of the remote job offers on dedicated sites. Not freelance gigs, but permanent remote positions.
I encountered lots of them when I was looking. For someone with little experience, it would still be at least 3-5$ per hour, which is 480-800$ per month for a full-time engagement, but with 2 years of experience expect that to rise to 10$ per hour.

Oh man I feel sorry for you. I'm a Linux support engineer on my first job but damn I'm loving it here.

Stay strong mate! And also get the fuck out of there whenever you can!

@theScientist you end up wasting a ton of energy on searching, negotiating, competing, until you get something. It's stressful, unstable, and pays the same, or less, than full time engagements.
