Guys, sometime soon I'm gonna invest a small amount of money in a cryptocurrency. It's my first time doing it so wish me luck 😁. Gonna invest $200 into Ripple (XRP) and let it sit there while the price rises. I'm not a day trader, I'm the one that goes for the slow jackpot.

XRP had a 52-week return of 30,000% and I get pissed all the time on the fact that I didn't invest (in any cryptocurrency) earlier.

Hopeful in an year it will rise for another 5000% or so.

Will report back once I make the purchase 😁.

    @Mayhem93 do it. For my brother-in-law's birthday past November, I gave him 100€ worth of Ripple. He was so stocked. Needless to say I gave myself the exact same thing too 😂

    @Mayhem93 ahahah, that's gonna take a while man...
    I put in around $200 as well. I almost doubled it with Verge and Substratum. Read the coin's white paper and see if the team is good and what their objectives are, etc. I really like Substratum and Verge's mission and I bought when they were super low! 😁

    @hacker I'm not a day trader, I'll just leave my money there. Might as well not even watch the prices anymore and just wait a year, but it gets me hooked, at least in the beginning.

    @hacker how can I buy them? They’re not listed on Coinbase. What platform do you use?

    @alphaCoder
    You gotta use an exchange, man. What you do is, buy a major currency at Coinbase and then send an amount to your exchange's wallet. Then, you use that amount which you sent to trade and hopefully make money. And then you can sent back and forth to Coinbase. I can recommend Binance. I trade all my altcoins there and it's really good: https://binance.com/?ref=18988865

    Good luck, bro!

    @hacker i feel bad for not putting this disclaimer. The link I posted for the Binance site has a "ref" tag which means that if you sign up using that link, you get to trade at I think 50% less fees and I get a commission from Binance or something. Just wanted to let you know, @alphaCoder 😄
