@oo92 we have not had a fax since November and they get converted into emails anyway

I would do it. Then my colleague turns around and i steal something from his desk and wonder how many pencils i can get before he notices the pattern.

In fact, according to statistics, there are many companies and offices that still operate FAX. I have even seen online services like fax cover sheet template - https://gotfreefax.com/fax-cover-sh... which can be easily used
