Okay so I'm new to C++ and my competition is either tomorrow or Thursday. And before I go into the comp I need a good random number generator but the problem is I can't get a good one . And when I run mine I either get the same number a few times in a row then when it changes it just increments a few until it hits 99 then restarts. And I only want it to generate different numbers everytime with a 1/99 chance to get the same number.
