Only boomers complain who can't keep up mentally
Music gets distorted when sped up but regular videos/voice just result in less time wasted without any downsides -
@devRancid downside? it's annoying as shit. Imagine somebody talking like that IRL. I'd punch tf out of him in 5 minutes
-
oh yeah I have a bunch of Nightcore music
if I speed up videos then I have to speed up all the videos
it saves time but unless my brain adjusts to the speed I can miss something being said
another bad thing about speeding up stuff is then you will get annoyed at real people being slow
and then another problem is if you speed up everything (because you'll have to, because you're used to it then) on some occasion some default sped up guy will get interviewed somewhere and you have to slow the speed down and the interviewer isn't sped up and everything goes wack and fucking hell
i just want efficiency but my brain can't adjust to speed differentials on the fly raaghh -
I don't see the point in wasting time if you're able to do it faster. I'm also not interested in spending 10 minutes to hear the 2 actual minutes worth of information contained in the video.
I also skip integrated ads.
Do you watch stuff in fast motion? What kind of monsters are doing that? My best friend was doing it, and now turns out my wife is like that as well.
Why would you watch something in x2. I swear young people don't have any respect for the present moment. Everything have to be rushed, finish early. Would you listen to music in x2 speed so you can finish the song earlier?
I don't get it
