Thunderbird is pretty

@Linux I mean do not get me wrong, it is the prettiest open source out there for sure (and what i have been using all the time) but it can not be considered modern.

well I think that since you can change css of the inside window, it can get you only so far.. I may be wrong though..

If the app/program supports pgp/mime and s/MIME, I Will use it

@thedillo I don't think Thunderbird is the prettiest one, if you need more modern looking one, there is Kube (https://kube.kde.org/) for example. I'm not using it but you might want to take a look. I've got no idea what features are implemented as I've heard about it sometime around 0.3.1 release.

You can do so much more than only the css of the inner window. You can work on the entire codebase :)

@Linux emacs is pretty, or at least I've customised it to, I agree that by default it doesn't
