That's a lot so with AI image generation apps. We should report those somehow. "Hey google! You're missing money! They're doing shit behind your back!".

Then again, you're pretty much paying for a license to participate under conditions determined at any time by the distributor with AAA. If people keep paying for this shit the law is ultimately powerless.

So I have been looking at Conan game on steam. I always wait to see reviews and let games mature a few years. I am so glad I waited on this game. It turns out later on, a year after release, they added microtransactions. Then they made things like health potions shit you have to buy in game using these transactions. I don't care if they do this shit for skins, but what in the hell are they thinking? I am now of the school of thought to stay away from any game with any microtransactions. I also am to the point I don't want to play any online game unless I run the server. The gaming industry is dogshit with these thieving companies now.

If some of the commenters on this topic would've just coded instead of playing games, they would master malloc right now :P I'm not talking about @Demolishun. I know he's not afraid of malloc :P

@kanyewest So… You've initiated a chargeback procedure with your bank *before* contacting them and saying you want a refund? If so, that's against ToS. Chargeback = €100 fine on top of returning the initial transaction amount.
